Under Armour New Zealand is Evolving

We've stepped up our game to give you an even better Under Armour experience. On February 19th, 2025 we transitioned to a new website platform run locally right here in New Zealand by our trusted partner, AGI Australasia. AGI is already running Under Armour retail stores across New Zealand. They will now be managing all online orders and customer support. We believe this change will give you an elevated experience when you order online! 

What This Means For You

From February 19th, 2025, all your online orders will be managed by our trusted local partner AGI New Zealand. With this change, deliveries will be done by a warehouse based in New Zealand, improving not only delivery speed but also returns processing times and overall service levels. You will receive improved delivery times of your orders and an elevated customer experience for help with returns or other questions about your order or our products.

FAQ's

Will my account information, such as login details, wish list and order history remain after the migration?

No. Account details and order history will not be migrated to the new platform. You will be required to create a new account if you wish to be a member.

What should I do if I’m having issues with the products, or if I wish to return my purchase which were placed before 19/02/2025?

Will the promo code I receive before migration still be valid?

No. All promotions received before migration will no longer be valid on the new site.

How long will my historical transaction be stored on the old platform?
