REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Wrong size?
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Items must be:
- In original, saleable condition
- Unworn, with tags attached
Returns will be inspected to ensure they meet these requirements.
Please note:
For hygiene reasons, undergarments (boxers, underwear) and headwear (beanies, caps, hats) cannot be exchanged or returned. Please choose carefully.
Exchange value is based on the original purchase price, including any promotions or discounts.
If the new item is of lesser value, a store credit will be issued for the remaining balance.
No cash or electronic refunds will be provided.
Store credits are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Clearance items are final sale – no returns or exchanges.
Change of mind?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However if your item is faulty, we will comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act. A receipt is required.

Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
