I�m a fan of the elastic band around the ankle that allows the shoe to be easily slipped on and off. Also, the sole is soft like a pillow. If you don�t need a shoe specifically for CrossFit or something where you need a flat/minimal base, I�d highly recommend this shoe for general fitness needs."
