"I really like the T-shirt and the product quality of Curry Greatest Shooter Men's T-Shirt but the other Tshirts in the same order dont justify the price, but I feel the refund and return process could be improved to make it more seamless for customers. One suggestion would be to review the return shipping process, as customers currently need to pay the return shipping costs , which can make the experience less convenient. It would also be great to offer more flexibility with exchanges. At the moment, exchanges appear to be limited to the same style in a different size, without the option to change the colour or choose a different style. This type of return policy reminds me of online shopping experiences from the early 2010s. In 2026, I was expecting a more customer friendly and flexible process. While I really like the product especially the one I see on the screen, the returns experience makes me hesitant to shop online with Under Armour again. I hope you will consider these suggestions, as they could make a significant difference to the overall customer experience."
